Lake Cafe Server

Full-time and part-time, am and pm positions available for outgoing and energetic individual needed to service guests by taking food and drink orders, complete opening and closing cleaning procedures, and deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently. Candidate must be flexible in scheduling, and be able to handle a fast environment with long hours. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must! Must be 18 or older and have previous serving experience.


Full-time and part-time, am and pm positions available for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with the public. Needed to greet and seat guests. Excellent customer service skills are a must, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task. Must be 18 years or older.

Deck Bar

Deck Bark Cook

Part-time seasonal cooks needed to prepare meals at the Deck Bar. Detail-oriented candidate must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Previous experience required.


Line/Dinner Cook

Full-time cook needed for all shifts to prepare meals for the Lake Cafe. Detail-oriented candidate must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Pay based on experience.


Convention Set up

Candidates needed for full-time and part-time hours to insure proper cleaning, set-up, and operation of meeting rooms and conference facilities. Individual must be detail oriented and able to perform indoor and outdoor work in addition to lifting at least 40 pounds.  Must be able to work evenings/days and weekends.

Big Splash Waterpark

Waterpark Snack Bar/Admissions Attendant

Part-time hours for individuals to work directly with guests to provide snacks, prepare space for group parties, answer guest and staff questions and assist staff with park activities and cleaning tasks. Position involves minor food prep and knowledge of safety and health procedures. An outgoing and friendly personality is a plus. Must be 18 or older and weekends are required.

Waterpark Lifeguard

Part time lifeguard needed. Weekends mandatory. CPR/First Aid Certification course available upon employment.

Front Desk

Guest Service Representative

Full-time evening and weekend candidates needed to provide service to the guests of Arrowwood.  Individual must be willing and able to provide guests with excellent customer service at the front desk, answer phones and transfer calls, check guests in and out, answer guest and staff questions, and assist in fulfilling other guest requests. We are looking for a motivated “people person” with a positive, outgoing attitude.

Security Attendant

Full-time security attendant needed to work Sunday through Thursday nights (10 pm to 6 am).  Job duties include securing building by locking doors, making rounds on resort grounds, responding to disturbances and reporting noteworthy events.


Room Attendant

Full-time and part-time weekday and weekend positions available to candidates willing to satisfactorily and efficiently clean guestrooms. Main duties include, but are not limited to: making guest beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. Day and night hours available. Experience preferred, but not required.


Sales Manager

Seasonal Positions Starting in May

Stable Wrangler

Seasonal wrangler needed to guide trail rides, give riding lessons, and lead pony rides in addition to performing general horse care and cleaning barn spaces. Must have previous horse riding experience. Day hours available - weekends required. Must be 18 years or older.
