Group Package

Package Includes: Overnight Accommodations for Monday and Tuesday, Dinner on Monday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday, Breakfast and Lunch on Wednesday, Tax and Gratuity.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. – Check out is 11:00 a.m.

** Early Arrival For those Attendees that would like to Arrive on Sunday April 8, 2018 the guestroom rate will be $129.00 per room, plus tax. Overnight stay on Sunday and meals are not included in the package price listed above and would be an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Upon making the reservation, the individual’s credit card will be charged a $100.00 advance payment fee per room reserved. If the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, the $100.00 advance payment will be forfeited. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of your stay you will be charged for the entire stay.
