Guests are welcome to check in at 4:30 p.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m. If you check out early, you are still responsible for the entire period of your stay. A minimum length stay may apply during peak periods.
Please note that all townhomes are non-smoking, and that specific amenities may vary.
And we're sorry, but we do not allow pets on resort property.
Reservation Deposit – Cancellation – No-Show – Early Departure Policies:
SUMMER - May 15 to September 15
MAIN LODGE: Upon making the reservation, your credit card will be charged ONE Night Room & Tax as advance deposit per room reserved. If the reservation is canceled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit after deducting a processing fee of $100.00. If the reservation is canceled between 0 - 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
TOWNHOMES/COTTAGES: Upon making the reservation, your credit card will be charged TWO Night Room & Tax as advance deposit per room reserved. If the reservation is canceled 91 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit after deducting a processing fee of $100.00. If the reservation is canceled between 0 - 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show and Early Departure: Should you not show up for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the balance of the stay and the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled. Should you checkout earlier than your scheduled checkout date, your credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation.
Advance Purchase Rates: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Entire deposit will be forfeited if canceled after the booking has been made.
WINTER - September 16 to May 14

If the reservation is canceled 8 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit after deducting a processing fee of $50.00. If the reservation is canceled between 0 - 7 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
TOWNHOMES/COTTAGES: Upon making the reservation, your credit card will be charged ONE Night Room & Tax as advance deposit per room reserved. If the reservation is canceled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit after deducting a processing fee of $100.00. If the reservation is canceled between 0 - 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
