Open positions:

Lake Café

Host/Cashier

Part-time day and evening positions available for a friendly outgoing individual who enjoys working with the public needed to greet and seat guests in the Lake Café. Excellent customer service skills are a must! Candidate needs to be self-motivated, reliable and able to multitask. Must be 18 years or older.

Lake Café Busser

Part-time busser position available for an individual able to work 15 – 20 hours. Must be able to work weekends. Candidate must be dependable and hardworking and may start immediately. Must be 18 years old or older.

Lake Café Server

Part-time day and evening positions available for outgoing and energetic individuals needed to service guests by taking food and drink orders, complete opening and closing cleaning procedures and deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently. Candidate must be flexible in scheduling and be able to handle a fast environment with long hours. Excellent customer service and communications skills are a must. Must be 18 or older and have previous serving experience.

Deck Bar

Deck Bartender

Part-time seasonal employees needed to take drink and food orders, mix drinks, perform audit procedures following each shift and complete opening and closing duties efficiently and accurately. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Deck Bar Cook

Part-time seasonal cooks needed to prepare meals at the Deck Bar. Detail-oriented candidate must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Previous experience required.

Convention

Convention Set Up

Candidates needed for part-time hours to insure proper cleaning, set-up, and operation of meeting rooms and conference facilities. Individual must be detail oriented and able to perform indoor and outdoor work in addition to lifting at least 40 pounds.  Must be able to work evenings/days and weekends.

Convention Set Up Manager

Candidate needed for full-time hours to insure proper cleaning, set-up, and operation of meeting rooms and conference facilities. Individual must be detail oriented and able to perform indoor and outdoor work in addition to lifting at least 40 pounds.  This position is directly responsible for hiring, supervising and coordinating all Convention Set Up personnel. Previous experience in managing or supervising is preferred. Hours are variable and nights, holidays and weekends are expected.

Kitchen

Banquet Chef/ Lunch Cook/Dinner Line Chef

Full-time and part-time cooks needed for banquet, lunch and dinner shifts to prepare meals for the Lake Café and Banquet events. Detail-oriented candidates must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Pay based on experience.

 Baker

We are seeking an experienced baker with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery. You will be responsible for baking fresh loaves of bread, setting out the pastries and preparing fresh bread, pastries and other baked goods for the following day. It is also the baker’s responsibility to ensure the quality of the goods being used is up to par and make note of when supplies are running low so that an order can be made. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Pay based on experience.

Waterpark Lifeguard

Part time lifeguard needed. Weekends mandatory. CPR/First Aid Certification course available upon employment.

Waterpark Manager

Arrowwood Resort is now accepting applications for a Waterpark Manager. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of “The Big Splash” Indoor Waterpark, including the training and supervision of lifeguards, basic tasks relating to facility maintenance and overseeing all opening, closing, monetary and safety procedures. Ideal candidate will hold a current lifeguard certification, water safety instructor or lifeguard instructor certification. Previous management experience is preferred.

Front Desk

Guest Service Representative

Full-time and part-time candidates needed to provide service to the guests of Arrowwood. Individual must be willing and able to provide guests with excellent customer service at the front desk, answer phones and transfer calls, check guests in and out, answer guest and staff questions, and assist in fulfilling other guest requests. We are looking for a motivated “people person” with a positive, outgoing attitude.

Housekeeping

Room Attendant

Full-time and part-time weekday and weekend positions available to candidates willing to satisfactorily and efficiently clean guestrooms. Main duties include, but are not limited to: making guest beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. Experience preferred, but not required.

Engineering

Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Entry level full-time and part-time positions available. This position involves high guest contact, providing service to every guest in a professional, efficient and friendly manner according to company policy. Responsibilities include maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing and paint work using simple hand and power tools. Complete all work orders from all departments daily. Participate in a preventative maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms. Complete projects assigned by Chief Engineer. Must be reliable, responsible and able to work well with others on the team and other departments. Must be willing to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Provided training will include, Commercial Pool Operation, Boiler training and certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and vacation. Hourly wage based on experience and certifications.

Spa

Cosmetologist

Part-time day and evening hours available for a Cosmetologist to perform facials, waxing, pedicures and manicures. Open to learning how to perform body treatments such as herbal wraps, body mud masks and salt glows. Customer service skills and positive attitude are a must. Hours are flexible.

Massage Therapist

Full time and part time permanent and seasonal, day and evening hours available.  Individual needed to perform various types of massages including sports, hot stone and reflexology.  Candidate will also be expected to perform body treatments ranging from ear candling to a variety of mud masks and exfoliations.  Training is available for all services except relaxation and required therapeutic massage types.  Flexibility and interest in learning new services are a must.  Responsibilities also include miscellaneous cleaning.  Scheduling is flexible although every other Saturday is required.  Good customer service skills a must.
