Deck Bar

Deck Bar Cook

Part-time seasonal cooks needed to prepare meals at the Deck Bar. Detail-oriented candidate must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Previous experience required.


Breakfast/Lunch Cook

Full-time cook needed for breakfast/lunch shifts to prepare meals for the Lake Café. Detail-oriented candidate must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Pay based on experience.

Dinner Cook

Full-time cook needed for dinner shifts to prepare meals for the Lake Café. Detail-oriented candidate must demonstrate efficiency and an ability to prepare a large number of meals accurately. Pay based on experience.

Prep/Pantry Cook

Full-time cook needed to prep food for a variety of meals in the Lake Café and banquet events. Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and be able to stand for long periods of time. Pay based on experience.


Convention Set Up

Candidates needed for full-time hours to insure proper cleaning, set-up, and operation of meeting rooms and conference facilities. Individual must be detail oriented and able to perform indoor and outdoor work in addition to lifting at least 40 pounds.  Must be able to work evenings/days and weekends.

Big Splash Waterpark

Waterpark Snack Bar/Admissions Attendant

Part-time hours for individuals to work directly with guests to provide snacks, prepare space for group parties, answer guest and staff questions and assist staff with park activities and cleaning tasks. Position involves minor food prep and knowledge of safety and health procedures. An outgoing and friendly personality is a plus. Must be 18 or older and weekends are required.

Waterpark Lifeguard

Part time lifeguard needed. Weekends mandatory. CPR/First Aid Certification course available upon employment.

Front Desk

Guest Service Representative

Part-time weekend candidates needed to provide service to the guests of Arrowwood.  Individual must be willing and able to provide guests with excellent customer service at the front desk, answer phones and transfer calls, check guests in and out, answer guest and staff questions, and assist in fulfilling other guest requests. We are looking for a motivated “people person” with a positive, outgoing attitude.


Room Attendant

Part-time weekday and weekend positions available to candidates willing to satisfactorily and efficiently clean guestrooms. Main duties include, but are not limited to: making guest beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. Experience preferred, but not required.


Certified Massage Therapist

Part-time day and evening hours available for certified massage therapists to perform various types of massages to include: sports, hot stone, and reflexology. Good customer service, flexibility, and interest in learning new services are a must. Weekend hours are required.


Group Sales Manager

Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria, MN is looking for an outgoing and personable Sales Manager to join our team! This position maybe based out of Plymouth, MN or the resort in Alexandria.

Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and maintaining new and existing accounts. Assist with sales effort as directed by DOS. Plan strategies and solicit hotel business focusing on increasing hotel revenues and occupancy levels through yield management practices and active solicitation in assigned market segments.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Solicit and sell guest rooms, food & beverage services and any additional hotel services to existing and new corporate, group and transient customers.
  • Maintain continual contact with current clientele, build and develop relationships with key account contacts, and actively prospect for new business sources.
  • Focus on PURE SELLING.
  • Prepare proposals and make personal presentations.
  • Participate in meetings, conventions, trade shows and events representing the hotel/resort.

Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Entry level full-time and part-time positions and experienced full-time positions available. This position involves high guest contact, providing service to every guest in a professional, efficient and friendly manner according to company policy. Responsibilities include maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing and paint work using simple hand and power tools. Complete all work orders from all departments daily. Participate in a preventative maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms. Complete projects assigned by Chief Engineer. Must be reliable, responsible and able to work well with others on the team and other departments. Must be willing to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Provided training will include, Commercial Pool Operation, Boiler training and certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and vacation.


Stables Wrangler

Part-time seasonal wrangler needed to guide trail rides, give riding lessons, and lead pony rides in addition to performing general horse care and cleaning barn spaces. Must have previous horse riding experience. Day hours available – weekends required. Must be 18 years or older.
