Lake Café Busser
Part-time busser position available for an individual able to work 15 – 20 hours. Must be able to work weekends. Candidate must be dependable and hardworking and may start immediately. Must be 18 years old or older.
Lake Café Server
Part-time PM positions available for outgoing and energetic individuals needed to service guests by taking food and drink orders, complete opening and closing cleaning procedures and deliver food to tables accurately and efficiently. Candidate must be flexible in scheduling and be able to handle a fast environment with long hours. Excellent customer service and communications skills are a must. Must be 18 or older and have previous serving experience.
Part-time Bartender to work various shifts in our beverage department. Hours will consist of working in our Rafter's Lounge and for Banquet bar functions. Weekend, nights and holiday hours are required. Previous bartending experience and customer service. Employee needs to be able to take drink and food orders, mix drinks, perform audit procedures following each shift, and complete opening and closing duties efficiently and accurately. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Candidates needed for full-time hours to insure proper cleaning, set-up, and operation of meeting rooms and conference facilities. Individual must be detail oriented and able to perform indoor and outdoor work in addition to lifting at least 40 pounds. Must be able to work evenings/days and weekends.
Big Splash Waterpark
Waterpark Snack Bar/Admissions Attendant
Part-time hours for individuals to work directly with guests to provide snacks, prepare space for group parties, answer guest and staff questions and assist staff with park activities and cleaning tasks. Position involves minor food prep and knowledge of safety and health procedures. An outgoing and friendly personality is a plus. Must be 18 or older and weekends are required.
Part time lifeguard needed. Weekends mandatory. CPR/First Aid Certification course available upon employment.
Guest Service Representative
Part-time nights and weekends candidates needed to provide service to the guests of Arrowwood. Individual must be willing and able to provide guests with excellent customer service at the front desk, answer phones and transfer calls, check guests in and out, answer guest and staff questions, and assist in fulfilling other guest requests. We are looking for a motivated “people person” with a positive, outgoing attitude.
Part-time employees needed to take incoming reservation calls and work with customers to book rooms, make rate changes and mail confirmation information. Must have excellent customer service skill and computer proficiency. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Part-time security attendant needed to work every other weekend (10 pm to 6 am). Job duties include securing building by locking doors, making rounds on resort grounds, responding to disturbances and reporting noteworthy events.
Full-time and part-time weekday and weekend positions available to candidates willing to satisfactorily and efficiently clean guestrooms. Main duties include, but are not limited to: making guest beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. Experience preferred, but not required.
Conference Service Manager
Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria, MN is looking for an outgoing and personable Conference Service Manager to join our team!
Be an ambassador for our resort where you will be the liaison between multiple departments to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of your clients. Assist with sales effort as directed by DOS. Plan strategies and solicit hotel business focusing on increasing hotel revenues and occupancy levels. Position does requires evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
Establish and maintain rapport with clients, prior to, during and post conference, encouraging repeat business
Organize convention and meeting bookings from date of booking to departure, including meeting requirements, guest room requirements, guest room pickup, food & beverage and audio visual
Create detailed event orders and resumes to ensure all operational departments are provided accurate information in a timely manner.
Create floor plans for each event to ensure banquets and clients are in agreement prior to set up

Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Entry level full-time and part-time positions and experienced boiler C-1 class full-time positions available. This position involves high guest contact, providing service to every guest in a professional, efficient and friendly manner according to company policy. Responsibilities include maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing and paint work using simple hand and power tools. Complete all work orders from all departments daily. Participate in a preventative maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms. Complete projects assigned by Chief Engineer. Must be reliable, responsible and able to work well with others on the team and other departments. Must be willing to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Provided training will include, Commercial Pool Operation, Boiler training and certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and vacation. Hourly wage based on experience and certifications.
