Responsible for the management and operation of housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure maximum profitability and highest standards of cleanliness to guests. Supervises, directs, assists, facilitates, coordinates and ensures the completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to the housekeeping staff to provide our guests with the highest quality of standards. Assists with guest service requests when necessary. Should be fully knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures, emergency and evacuation procedures assuring staff and guest safety.
Duties include, but are not limited to: making guest beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. Experience preferred, but not required.
Full-time candidate needed to take incoming reservation calls and work with customers to book rooms, make rate changes and mail confirmation information. Must have excellent customer service skill and computer proficiency. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Part-time am shift (8:30 am – 3:30 pm) lifeguards needed to work weekdays and pm shift (3:15 pm – 10:00 pm) lifeguards needed to work weekdays and weekends. CPR/First Aid Certification course available upon employment. Must be 16 or older.
Waterpark Snack Bar/Admissions Attendant
Part-time am and pm shifts available for individuals to work directly with guests to provide snacks, prepare space for group parties, answer guest and staff questions and assist staff with park activities and cleaning tasks. Position involves minor food prep and knowledge of safety and health procedures. An outgoing and friendly personality is a plus. Must be 18 or older and weekends are required.
Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Entry level full-time position available. Responsibilities include maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing and paint work using simple hand and power tools. Complete all work orders from all departments daily. Participate in a preventative maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms. Must be reliable, responsible and able to work well with others on the team and other departments. Must be willing to work a varied schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Provided training will include, Commercial Pool Operation, Boiler training and certifications. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, and vacation. Hourly wage based on experience and certifications.
Full-time seasonal individuals needed for grounds maintenance, including care of landscaping and flowerbed areas, upkeep of the golf fairways and greens and other general maintenance tasks.
