Lake Carlos State Park

North of Alexandria on Highway 29, nature enthusiasts can find their outdoor haven on 1,214 acres of fishing, swimming, hiking, bird watching, picnic, camping, and horseback riding areas at Lake Carlos State Park. The park hosts events for all ages every year, so mark your calendar now.
