Check-in for the Townhomes and Cottages is 4:30pm (CST), and check-out is 11am (CST).

Early Check-in: Based on availability, early check-ins are available upon request but cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting the resort directly for availability, as additional fees may apply. Guests are welcome to enjoy the resort amenities, including pools, the water park, golf courses, marina, and more.

The Main Lodge - Based on availability, late check-out is offered upon request but cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting the front desk directly for availability, as additional fees may apply. 

The Townhomes and Cottages - Based on availability, late check-out is offered upon request but cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting the front desk directly for availability, as additional fees may apply. 

Minimum age requirement to check-in is 21 years. Parental or guardian written consent along with a copy of the parent’s or guardian’s government issued ID and a credit card authorization form will be required for anyone between 18 - 21 years to check-in alone. In addition, Minors will be required to provide government issued identification, such as a passport or driver’s license to verify their age.

For security and privacy reasons, only the name(s) provided on the reservation are authorized to check-in. If your spouse, adult family member, or any other guest will be arriving before you, please ensure their names are added to the reservation in advance. To update your reservation, please contact us directly via email reserve@arrowoodresort.com prior to arrival.

Upon check-in, we require a valid credit card to be provided for incidental charges. The credit card provided should match the name on the reservation. A daily authorization of $100 will be placed on the card to cover any additional expenses incurred during your stay, such as dining, or other resort amenities. Please note that this is only a pre-authorization, and no actual charges will be made unless incidental expenses are incurred. The authorization will be released within 10 business days after your checkout, depending on your bank’s policies.

MAIN LODGE: No deposit required. 7 days prior to arrival, there will a Pre-authorization of ONE Night Room & Tax. If the reservation is canceled 0-7 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of one night room & tax will be charged. If the reservation is canceled 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee.

LENGTH OF STAY CHANGES & MODIFICATION: Permitted up to 7 days prior to arrival. Early departures & reduction in length of stay will be treated as cancellation


TOWNHOMES/COTTAGES: Upon making the reservation, your credit card will be charged TWO Night Room & Tax as advance deposit per room reserved. If the reservation is canceled 91 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit after deducting a processing fee of $100.00. If the reservation is canceled between 0 - 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. 

LENGTH OF STAY CHANGES & MODIFICATION: Permitted up to 90 days prior to arrival. Early departures & reduction in length of stay will be treated as cancellation

MAIN LODGE: No Deposit Required. If cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date, a cancellation fee of ONE Night Room & Tax will be charged. If cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation fee.

LENGTH OF STAY CHANGES & MODIFICATION: Permitted up to 3 days prior to arrival. Early departures & reduction in length of stay will be treated as cancellation.


TOWNHOMES/COTTAGES: Upon making the reservation, your credit card will be charged ONE Night Room & Tax as advance deposit per room reserved. If the reservation is canceled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date, we will refund the deposit after deducting a processing fee of $100.00. If the reservation is canceled between 0 - 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. 

LENGTH OF STAY CHANGES & MODIFICATION: Permitted up to 14 days prior to arrival. Early departures & reduction in length of stay will be treated as cancellation.

MAIN LODGE: Summer (May 15 - September 15) & Winter (September 16 - May 14)

Should you not show up for your reservation, ONE Night Room & Tax will be charged to your credit card, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled. Should you check out earlier than your scheduled checkout date, your credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation.

TOWNHOMES/COTTAGES: Summer (May 15 - September 15) 

Should you not show up for your reservation, TWO Night Room & Tax will be charged to your credit card, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled. Should you check out earlier than your scheduled checkout date, your credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation.

TOWNHOMES/COTTAGES: Winter (September 16 - May 14)

Should you not show up for your reservation, ONE Night Room & Tax will be charged to your credit card, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled. Should you check out earlier than your scheduled checkout date, your credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Entire deposit will be forfeited if canceled after the booking has been made.

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests with allergies, the resort maintains a no-pets policy. If you need to make alternate arrangements for your pet(s) please call (320) 762-1124 for a list of area kennels. Only certified guide or service dogs are permitted on the premises, as defined by applicable laws. Please note that therapy and emotional support dogs are not classified as service dogs. If you will be bringing a guide or service dog, proper documentation will be required for verification prior to your arrival.

Due to the MN Clean Indoor Air Act, all indoor facilities are non-smoking. A fee of $400 plus taxes will be charged if the guest smokes in the room.

SPRING BREAK ​WATERPARK HOURS OF OPERATION - March 13th through April 3rd 2025

Waterpark will be open on Thursdays (3/13, 3/20, 3/27, and 4/3) for afternoon session from 4pm to 9pm

Friday: 4pm-9pm

Saturday: 9am-2pm & 3pm-9pm 

Sunday: 9am-3pm

Water Park closed Monday through Thursday

Complimentary parking is available at the resort. 

All trailers must be parked in designated trailer spots only.

Coin operated washer and dryer is located on the first floor of the main lodge.

Waterpark fee for non-resort guests/public is $25.00/person
