Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

As our state, nation, and the world continue to adapt to the changing realities in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is our goal to regularly, consistently share changes that may affect your current or future plans to visit us at Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center. Learn more about our enhanced hotel safety procedures in the video above. We're working around the clock to provide you and your loved ones a clean, worry-free stay.  

Our property remains open, but with the following limited services:

  • Lake Cafe will be open for breakfast.  Monday-Saturday 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Deck Bar is open for lunch & dinner through Sunday September 6th.  
  • Lake Cafe will be open for dinner September 7-10th, 2020
  • Big Splash Indoor Waterpark is open until Monday September 7th at 1pm. 
  • Indoor & Outdoor pools are open for hotel guests only
  • Atikwa Golf Course is open
  • Marina is open
  • Darling Reflections Spa is open Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Executive putting course, outdoor basketball and tennis is available.  Pick up items at the marina
  • Activity center is closed due to socially distancing practices.  

IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINNESOTA STATE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED INDOORS

Our Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy has been altered to accommodate changes in travel plans. During these challenging times, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience and flexibility as needed. Please call 866-386-5263 to cancel or change your reservation.

We’ve been following the guidance of the City of Alexandria and the Minnesota Governor and will continue to do so. If additional closures or updates are put in place, we will update this page.

Although this is not an ideal situation, it is extremely important to us that we do our part in keeping visitors, guests, and staff safe and away from potential threats that this virus may impose. As always, we are here only because of you – our guest.
