Guest room with two queen beds or one king bed, refrigerator and microwave.
Guest that select to include our waterpark package will receive 4 Big Splash Waterpark passes; 2 additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate of $15, per pass per night. Rates are based on 2 adults & 2 children. Additional fee will apply for any additional adults after two. Maximum Occupancy is 6 people.
Spring/Fall/Winter: Our cancellation policy is 72 hours. We will charge your credit card one night’s lodging for any cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival.
Summer: Your credit card will be charged a $100 advanced payment per room reserved. If you cancel your reservation 31 days or more before your arrival date we will refund $75 of your advance payment. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, your advance payment will not be refunded. If you should cancel your reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the balance of your stay. Should you not show up for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the balance of the stay and the remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled. Should you check out earlier than your scheduled check out date, your credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of your original reservation.
